Stairity was born from one of the hardest decisions of my life.

Over 20 years ago, I had to choose whether to keep chasing my dream career in robotics—or let it go. I had earned a Master’s degree in robotics, but as manufacturing shifted out of the U.S., the opportunities I had worked toward were disappearing. At the same time, the demand for Oracle Database Administrators and IT systems developers was exploding.

I felt torn between my passion and a better future. Instead of collapsing into doubt or regret, I built a decision-making process that helped me align my head with my heart. That process gave me the clarity to walk away from robotics, step into IT, and never look back in regret.

That same method is now the foundation of Stairity.
